LIVEWIRE TRAVEL POLICY

· Fees INCLUDE all JNQ entry fees & coach/club travel expenses to Qualifiers - NO Surprise Billings/Hidden Fees

· Fees DO NOT INCLUDE player/family travel expenses (airfare/hotel/meals/transportation).

· Players WILL Travel and room with their parent/guardian AT THE TEAM HOTEL for out of state qualifiers and tournaments. 

· LW will secure hotel blocks from which parents will reserve their rooms.  Hotels within walking distance to the playing venue are not guaranteed.

· Parents are responsible for ALL transportation to and from all tournaments and qualifiers for their player.

· When air travel is involved, plan to arrive to your destination in early afternoon the day before the event. Plan on a light practice that evening at the Venue (if venue allows).   Return flight home should be after 6:30pm on final bracket day.
